About

Your Yoga Pacific Northwest, LLC

This company is founded in the spirit of a yoga tradition that believes each of us are so uniquely individual that our yoga practices should be thoughtfully constructed and unique to match. For you, yoga may be just one part of your overall healthy lifestyle, all about strength-building, coping with stress, finding work-life balance, seeking spiritual growth, overcoming injury or trauma, or just challenging yourself to learn new things. Next year (or maybe next week!), your yoga practice might evolve into being about something entirely different.

Whomever and however you are, whatever you need yoga to do for you, Your Yoga is here to meet you where you are.

What is Your Yoga all about?

Yoga can be transformative – especially when applied to our individual self-care needs. I offer private sessions and small group yoga retreats to help you develop yoga practices that best meet your unique wellness needs and goals.

I offer yoga therapy sessions

for those who will benefit from a more specialized yoga practice designed to directly address chronic pain, fatigue, or stress.

Think: CBT meets somatic therapy + a little wellness coaching.

1:1 yoga therapy sessions are an ideal way to get realtime, personalized feedback and recommendations for your holistic wellness. And you can schedule appointments to fit your busy schedule (rather than adjusting to a class schedule), making the most efficient use of your precious time for self-care.

Looking for ways yoga can help you with chronic pain or autoimmune conditions?
  • If you have a diagnosis, it may be something like migraines, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, or long-COVID. . .
  • Diagnosis or not, you may feel like you are constantly interrupted by pain and exhaustion, unable to focus or finish even seemingly simple tasks or projects because your pain has sidelined you – again!
  • In yoga therapy sessions, I can give you individualized coaching on ways to customize yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindfulness practices to improve your wellbeing – so you can start feeling better again.
Would you like a yoga practice that helps manage stress, anxiety, or insomnia?
  • Your busy schedule, lengthy to-do list, and many responsibilities may have you feeling overwhelmed or anxious – especially in the midst of all that is happening in the world around us lately. So, self-care is essential.
  • But you don’t have time to do All The Things – just the right things for you!
  • We can work together to find the just-right yoga solutions to help you cope with anxiety and sleep better without having to add one more big thing to your already full to-do list by designing “mini” yoga practices that fit into your real life.

Could you use more help recovering from burnout or chronic fatigue?
  • Maybe you get home from work feeling energetically, emotionally, and physically spent. So, you sink into the couch with glass of [beverage of choice] after dinner, zone out on Media, and then eventually mosey to bed – where you don’t sleep well, despite your exhaustion.
  • And then you rinse and repeat the above experience day in and day out, but figure “one day” you will make time for self-care and work-life balance…
  • Let’s connect and co-create “mini” yoga practices to weave into your day so that you can recover your energy and find better work-life balance now.

Yoga for wellness retreats will be coming soon!

Small group yoga retreats will be returning to the Your Yoga PNW calendar in the summer of 2022. Stay tuned for more details coming soon!
