How Yoga Heals
For me, yoga is a lot like duct tape: it may not fix everything, but it sure comes in handy for most of life’s challenges. This is how I leaned into yoga to improve insomnia, relieve chronic hip and back pain, and help manage a severe anxiety disorder and depression.
